I have started practicing Ryoho Usui Reiki in 2017 and received my level 3 reiki master certification in September of 2020. I am also certificated in crystal healing and mindfulness which I combine all three of these certification in all that I do. Thought my mediation and yoga practices I have been growing in my connection with universal energy and leaning how to effectively use the energy flowing in my body.
